Terms and conditions.
At Black Gold Driving School, we strive to provide the best possible learning experience for all our students. Please review our policies below:
Please note: Black Gold driving school ltd is not responsible for any valuables left in the car during driving lessons. You are responsible for your own belongings.
Cancellation Policy: Students are permitted to cancel or reschedule their driving lessons without incurring a penalty, provided they inform the instructor at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy: Students are allowed to cancel sessions within reasonable limits under this policy. Nonetheless, should a student cancel two times consecutively or to fail to demonstrate commitment, the instructor reserves the right to decline further instruction. In cases where an advanced block booking payment has been made, a refund will be issued in accordance with this policy.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations are considered “late” when the Student does not cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled driving lesson. Late cancellations will result in the Student being charged a fee of £50.00. Payment due within 48 Hours from their scheduled lesson time.
Missed Appointment Notice: Should the instructor arrive at the scheduled driving lesson location and the student is not present, a fee of £50.00 will be incurred by the student. Additionally, an advance payment of £70.00 for the subsequent lesson will be required. Payment should be made within 48 hours. The instructor retains the right to decline further instruction to the student.
Instructor Cancellation Policy: In the event that the driving instructor needs to cancel a scheduled driving lesson, you will be promptly notified, and arrangements will be made to reschedule. Should the student choose not to reschedule after making an advance payment, a full refund will be issued in accordance with this policy.
Refund: Refunds will be processed utilizing the same payment method employed for the original transaction. Please allow up to 14 days for processing from the notification date.
Fee Waiver: We reserve the right, at our discretion, to waive any fee or penalty assessed hereunder for any reason we deem sufficient and reasonable.
Driving Test and lessons Policy
Hey, just a heads up! If you haven’t been to your driving lessons in the last 30 days after your last test or lesson, you might not be able to take more lessons or use the instructor’s car for your driving test.
