Driving School Policies
Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel or reschedule without penalty by notifying us at least 24 hours before their scheduled driving lesson.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations are considered “late” when the customer does not cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled driving lesson. Late cancellations will result in the customer being charged a fee of £64.00. Payment due within 48 Hours.
Missed Appointment: When the Instructor arrives for the scheduled driving lesson. “No show Customer” will result in the customer being charged a fee of £64.00 plus advanced payment of £64.00 for next scheduled driving lesson. Payment due within 48 Hours.
Instructor Cancellation: If for any reason, we must cancel your scheduled driving lesson, we will notify you as soon as possible and will work with you to reschedule or you will receive a full refund.
Refunds: Any refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment.
Fee Waiver: We reserve the right, at our discretion, to waive any fee or penalty assessed hereunder for any reason we deem sufficient and reasonable.
Driving Test Policy
The Instructors decision on Test readiness is full and final. You must follow your Instructors advice on the sitting or rebooking of a test. The instructors reserves the right to refuse use of the car for the day of the test.
